The National Water Company (NWC) aims to build a close and long-term strategic relationship with its contractors/suppliers in order to reach the best levels of quality and effectiveness. To achieve this goal, an automated system has been developed to manage and establish the rules for building an interactive relationship between the company and its contractors/suppliers to contribute to achieving positive results by establishing fixed and standardized foundations for a more transparent relationship based on quality performance, speed of implementation, and more effective communication channels. Qualification process is an ongoing process, not a one-time fixed one. Therefore, the list of qualified companies will be subject to periodic review and evaluation, and will be updated by adding or excluding a number of contractors/suppliers. This is done in coordination with the concerned departments, which will provide the Qualification Department with a list of faltering projects and supplies and the names of the contractors and suppliers implementing them.
