​All aspects of the procedures between the vendors and the vendor relations department will be conducted in a fair and ethical manner in order to maintain the common rights and service quality in terms of high standards and fairness towards our vendors.

The Vendor Relations Department will carry out its responsibilities to ensure that it is qualified based on standards and process principles consistent with the procedures and policy of the National Water Company.
