Dr. Fuad Al AlSheikh Mubarak holds a PhD in Financial Accounting from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom (UK) and his Master’s degree from the University of Miami in the United States of America (USA).He was Vice President of King Faisal University and Secretary of the University Council during his consecutive terms in administrative positions. From 2015 to 2023, he was the First Officer of Saudi Irrigation Organization (SIO) and in mid-January 2024, he was appointed CEO of National Water Company (NWC).
