The National Water Company (NWC) continues to provide its services to pilgrims in Makkah and the holy sites, using intelligent systems that contribute to help implement its work and operational plans for this year's 1444H Hajj season.
The company said that it provides its services to pilgrims in the holy sites through "Tarwiah" mobile application, which allows them to find out the location of the services, make complaints, and follow them up in seven different languages (Arabic, English, French, Indonesian, Persian, Turkish, and Urdu).
The mobile application also helps guide the pilgrims to the holy sites using the digital map available in the application. The mobile app additionally displays the official distribution points of Zamzam water bottles, which help pilgrims access Zamzam water packets prepared for airfreight as well as the main distribution point of Zamzam project. In addition, the app allows communication with a number of institutions take care of the pilgrim at the holy sites.
NWC stated that national cadres trained to serve God’s Guests in Makkah and the holy sites manage this digital system, which is operational during the Hajj season.
