NWC starts receiving water connection requests from six Jeddah districts

​​The National Water Company (NWC) has begun receiving customer requests for water connection services from six districts in Jeddah. These districts include Al-Huda, Al-Alfiyyah 1 and 2, Al-Ajaweed Al-Sharqi, Emir Fawaz Housing districts, and Al-Faisal plan. This action is part of the company’s development projects aimed at improving service efficiency, enhancing the quality of services provided, and expanding water and sanitation coverage in the underserved areas.

The company brought out that the water network project has a financial cost of 52 million Saudi Riyals, and is part of the company’s continued efforts to raise water services coverage in the 6 targeted districts in Jeddah.
NWC explained that the project involves the installation of various water transmitter lines and networks spanning over 33,000 meters. Additionally, it constructed a pumping station with a capacity of 95,000 cubic meters per day. 
The company encouraged the customers in Al-Huda, Al-Alfiyyah 1 and 2, Al-Ajaweed Al-Sharqi, Emir Fawaz Housing districts, and Al-Faisal plan to apply for water services through the company’s official channels, including NWC Mobile App or the e-service portal: e.nwc.com.sa
NWC stressed that it is going ahead with executing its development projects to enhance the provided service quality, raise operational efficiency, and expand water and sanitation coverage in the underserved areas. This is in alignment with the company’s overall strategies and plans of implementing projects.
