NWC launches "Be'ati" wastewater tanker service in Jazan through e-channels

The National Water Company (NWC) launched today a customer service for requesting the sewage tankers (Be'ati) through the company's e-channels in the city of Jazan. The service aims to organize the technical management, governance, and follow-up of sewage tankers operations, at uniform prices according to the tanker size.  

The company said, "The introduction of the sewage tankers service “Be'ati”  in the city of Jazan is an application of environmental standards in the transfer of sewage, environmental protection, and improvement of the urban landscape through the standardization of  the tankers bearing the  brand "Be'ati", in addition to meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Transport and Traffic to maintain the safety of roads and their users.” 

NWC confirmed that the service of requesting "Be'ati" tankers in Jazan included changing the brand of (30%) of the sewage tankers operating in the city. The new brand coverage and environmental compliance standards will be met gradually. It called upon the owners of sewage tankers to join this system under the new brand. 

The company pointed out that today it is able to manage the processes of customer demand for the sewage tankers (Be'ati) and track them electronically in the city of Jazan, after automating all processes, meeting environmental requirements, as well as increasing and developing the efficiency of the company and improving working procedures, in addition to applying technical solutions by installing cameras and electronic gates at the entrances to the discharge points for tanker wastewater and monitoring them electronically at the treatment plants in order to improve the quality and monitoring of tanker wastewater, maintain the cityscape and increase environmental sustainability
