The Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Engineer Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al Fadhli, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Water Company (NWC), inaugurated today, Wednesday, February 19, the Customer Operations Center at the National Water Company Head Office in the presence of CEO Dr. Fuad bin Ahmed AlShikhmubarak and a number of Executive Vice Presidents.
The establishment of the center is part of the company's efforts to link operational centers across the Kingdom and monitor the delivery of quality services to customers.
The company explained that the center is equipped with the latest technical systems that are live and directly integrated with all the company's operational areas and customer service centers across the Kingdom using smart reports, data analysis systems and process mining systems, and is fully managed by trained national staff. They create reports and proactive analyzes to increase the efficiency of customer service and ensure the quality of the services provided. The center displays interactive performance indicators, continuously measures the quality of operations, takes corrective actions and addresses challenges in real time to provide a smooth and reliable service to customers in all regions of the Kingdom.
