Water incidents

This service allows customer and Water Friend to report sewage overflow, and meter or network leakage in order to maintain water and environmental resources.

Start service

  1. Logon though e-channels
  2. select "Support and assistance" from the upper list, cick "ِwater incidents"
  3. locate region, city, and location
  4. downlaod photos and specify site on the map
  5. send the notification.​
