Installment plan and partial payment

This service allows customers to pay their bills in installments by choosing the installment plan either through the National Water Company or through banks, as well as partial payment of the monthly bill dues

Start service

  • Installment payments cannot be requested if there is an existing installment agreement
  • In case of non-payment for two consecutive months, the agreement will be canceled
  • Installment request will be accepted based on the company's policies and procedures
  • The service is only visible to the account owner
  • The service appears for invoices due for the installment service​
  • Customers cannot combine partial payment with the bill installment service​

  1. Logon though e-channels
  2. select "Our Services" from the upper list
  3. cick "invoice list"
  4. Click on Installment plan​
  5. select installments number
  6. Submit the application​
