A service that allows reporting an account that does not belong to the customer so as to close meter and update its details by the actual owner.

Start service
  1. Log in via digital channels​
  2. Select "Our Services" from the top menu​
  3. Click on "This account doesn't belong to me"​
  4. Choose the account number you want to delete from the list of accounts​
  5. Complete the survey and enter the required information
  6. Submitting the application​​
