Water interruption complaint

This service allows customer to file a complaint for water disruption in his/her pumping period

Terms of Service and requirements

"The complaint should be at the time of pumping the water
That the complaint is outside the scope of regular or emergency maintenance
The water must not reach the customer's meter from the network
The water or pumping is weak
Verify that the counter is running.

Steps to implement the service electronically

Logon though e-channels
select "Support and assistance" from the upper list, cick "ِfile a complaint"
select "water supply"
select "water outage"
lodge the complaint
