  3. click "Water and wastewater connection"
  4. select region and city
  5. locate site on the map
  6. determine water connection and wastewater connection
  7. select lot and property ownership options, enter ownership deed number, and its verification 
  8. attach the required documents
  9. and apply after approval  on the terms and conditions.
