What is a connection?
When requesting a water or sewage service connection to the property, the property will be connected to the public network of water or sewage through a connection. This connection has a special number registered in the systems of the National Water Company (NWC) and is linked to the customer's data.
What is an unregistered connection?
It means that the connection connecting your property to the water or sewage network has no data in the systems of the National Water Company.
How do I know that my connection is unregistered?
If you have the meter number, you can verify it directly by entering it in the field for it on the "Register an Unregistered Connection" service page, on the NWC Mobile App or e-branch. If you do not have registered connection, kindly fill out the required details on the page.

Registering your connection allows you to benefit from all the services of the National Water Company.
