1- Contributing to the social and economic development of local communities and supporting the comprehensive development process of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2-Develop and enhance the capabilities of national talents, and support their empowerment in the labor market.

3-Promote transparency and fair engagement with all stakeholders.

4-Reducing negative social impacts and maximizing positive opportunities for the community.

5-Implementing effective and transparent communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.

6-Issuing periodic reports on community participation and the company’s social performance.

7-Building a sustainable positive reputation for the company among stakeholders and the communities it serves.

 Corporate social responsibility is based on four interconnected pillars as follows:

 education:​The company works to raise customer awareness of the importance of water conservation, while supporting educational programs, organizations, and charities that play a key role in this area.

 Health:​The company seeks to contribute to building a healthy society by cooperating with health associations and organizations in various regions of the Kingdom, and supporting the most needy cases, in partnership with charitable institutions and healthcare professionals.

​ Community:​The company focuses on enhancing community sustainability and effectiveness by participating in national and international events, in addition to supporting associations and activities that directly serve the community.


 Environment:​The company places special emphasis on environmental sustainability by integrating environmental protection into its water treatment and distribution processes, encouraging responsible practices to prevent pollution, and achieving efficient resource management.
