NWC completes 3 Buraidah sanitation projects at SR 156+ million, and inviting beneficiaries to request service

​As part of its efforts to strengthen infrastructure of the environmental services, increase operational efficiency, and achieve sustainability in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, the National Water Company (NWC), represented by its Northern Cluster, has completed three environmental projects in the city of Buraidah in the Al-Qassim Region at a cost exceeding SR 156 million.

The company indicated that the projects included the implementation of main and feeder sewage networks and lines totaling 124 kilometers in length, as well as the construction of six pumping stations with a capacity of over 37,000 cubic meters per day. These projects will serve parts of the following districts in Buraidah: Al-Rabia, Al-Sabakh, Al-Qaa Al-Bared, Al-Dahie, Al-Nafl, Al-Shorouq, Sultanah, Al-Naqaa, Al-Rehab, Al-Basateen, Al-Rafiah, Al-Rawda, and Al-Salemiyah.
NWC stated that these projects are part of its strategic plans to increase sanitation service coverage in the region and improve the level of service provided to customers. This reflects the company's commitment to applying the best operational practices and approved environmental standards.
The company invited customers in these districts to submit service connection requests through its digital channels – either via its website, or its smartphone app ​– emphasizing its commitment to facilitating procedures and providing high-quality, efficient services.
