We have introduced an installment payment program for household connections for you and all our customers to make it easier for you to pay for your water and wastewater connections.
If you are building your home now, we want to help you by offering you flexible payment options so that you can install your home connections and move in immediately. If you already live in your home and want to add one or both connections and eliminate the need for water and sewer tankers, we are also happy to help with payment options tailored to your needs.
Now that connecting all households to the sewer network is mandatory under the Water and Wastewater Service Guide to protect the environment and improve quality of life, our installment payment program is a quick solution for you to easily apply for service and be connected to it.
As we expand the connection of households to water and wastewater networks, we will reduce the movement of tankers in districts that do not need them and the resulting traffic congestion, and preserve the infrastructure of the streets and the urban landscape of our cities.
Installment options:
You have the choice of paying in installments through the National Water Company (NWC) or paying in installments with your Alrajhi Bank Bank, AlJazira, Riyad Bank, SAB Bank, Saudi Investment Bank, or Emirates NBD credit cards.
How do I benefit from the installment payment program?
Apply for your connection normally through NWC mobile app. Once you reach the payment stage, you will receive a text message informing you when the bill has been issued and its amount.
On the connection-tracking page in the app, select the installment payment plans. You can choose between an installment plan through the National Water Company or through one of the partner banks.
What is the difference between installments through the National Water Company and installments through banks?
- Installment amount:
The amount subject to installment through the National Water Company must be a minimum of SR 4100.
- Down payment:
There is a down payment for installments through the National Water Company starting from SR 3500, while installments through banks do not require it.
- Installment amount and installment period:
The installment amount through the National Water Company starts from SR 200 and does not require a specific period, as the end of the installments ends the installment period. While the installment amount and installment period through banks are subject to the installment agreement plan with the bank, which will appear to you in detail if you choose to installment through banks.
- Administrative fees:
There are no interest or administrative fees for installments through the National Water Company. Interest and administrative fees may be added for installments through banks based on the terms of the installment agreement with the bank.
