It is offered for you to benefit from monthly consumption bill installment plans with flexible payment options that help you pay your overdue bills, as well as re-open the closed meter due to non-payment. Offering this, we aim to ensure water is delivered to you through the network instead of requesting water tankers.
Installment Options:
You can choose between installments through the National Water Company (NWC) for amounts up to SAR 1000 and above, or installments through your credit card from Al Rajhi Bank, Al Jazira Bank, Riyad Bank, Al Awwal SAB Bank, Saudi Investment Bank (SIB), or Emirates NBD for amounts starting from SAR 500 and above.
How do I benefit from installment plans?
The installment plans will appear in the National Water app or e-branch when your bills reach the amount eligible for installment, and you can choose one of the options suitable for you to install it.
Can I pay my bill partially?
Yes, and you have another option other than installments: i.e. partial payment of half or more of the bill amount.
