The NWC recently launched three new Twitter accounts to facilitate communication with customers in the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca and Taif.
The new accounts include: the NWC head office under the executive manager of customer experience, Eng. Nayef Mohammed Al Osaimi; Customer Services in Jeddah (to include Jeddah, Mecca and Taif) under the assistant manager of the Jeddah business unit for customer services and quality; and Customer Services in Riyadh under the assistant manager of the Riyadh business unit for customer services and quality, Haytham Meqhim Al Miqhim.
These accounts are in addition to the existing Customer Care Account, and the account of the CEO, Dr. Loay Al Musallam, which regularly announces new NWC plans and initiatives and receives ideas and suggestions for upgrades and improvements to NWC services
The new accounts are targeted to specific areas of service, which will facilitate rapid action on customer requests and feedback, helping to raise the quality of service at NWC outlets in each of the four cities.
The NWC provides additional communication services for its customers such as a toll-free number (800 44 11110) and the NWC official website (www.nwc.com.sa).
In all methods of customer communications, the NWC trains its employees to offer proactive solutions, satisfy customer expectations and provide quality services whether they are administrative, operational, or technical in nature.
