Increasing digital content to enhance customer service

 Increasing the standard of services provided to customers in the water and wastewater sectors via improving and developing the digital infrastructure.

Initiative Goals

  • Launch Hayat program (unification of billing systems, connecting the billing system with smart meters, standardizing process, increasing billing accuracy, auditing bills and transferring them to the new system).
  • Water and wastewater smart control and artificial intelligence.
  • Develop and upgrade IT infrastructure to accommodate expansion and cover new cities.
  • Upgrade customer service via the development of digital communication channels.
  • Implement cyber security requirements and international standards of digital infrastructure.

Initiative Objectives

  • Speed of response in dealing with customer needs.
  • Completing the goals of the initiative in 2023.
