- Launch Hayat program (unification of billing systems, connecting the billing system with smart meters, standardizing process, increasing billing accuracy, auditing bills and transferring them to the new system).
- Water and wastewater smart control and artificial intelligence.
- Develop and upgrade IT infrastructure to accommodate expansion and cover new cities.
- Upgrade customer service via the development of digital communication channels.
- Implement cyber security requirements and international standards of digital infrastructure.
- Speed of response in dealing with customer needs.
- Completing the goals of the initiative in 2023.
