In a press release, the company said that its new number 8004411110 provides NWC services to customers 24/7. NWC indicated that it developed automated answer services "VRO", so that its customers from the residential and commercial sectors can easily access their bills, order tanks quickly, follow up their requests, and get an answer to their inquiries.
The company said it had received more than 6 million calls through the call center in the last two years.
On the difference between the new number and the recently announced "Friends of Water Center" number 931, the company said that 931 is devoted to reporting emergencies such as breakages, water leaks and sewage overflows.
