King Salman’s vision will be a major source of inspiration for the continued development in the Kingdom, says Dr Al Musallem

Dr Loay Al Musallem CEO of the National Water Company, said that the recent royal decrees issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz reflect his interest in fostering the process of development and his feeling towards the needs of citizens.

The announcements, including several new appointments, have been received positively by the general public, he believes, with the nation embarking on a new path to a bright future, under the supervision of a team of educated and youthful leaders. The cabinet reshuffle has put in place a leadership team mixing experience, energy and knowledge, and attuned to modern technological solutions.

King Salman bin Abdulaziz’s political vision was to inject new blood into his government in order to speed up the implementation of various initiatives designed to improve services for both citizens and residents.

The establishment of the Council of Political and Security Affairs, and the Council of Economic Affairs and Development, defines a new direction for Saudi Arabia and ensures the acceleration of development and growth in line with the King’s commitment to overcome obstacles by facilitating coordination between government departments in order to speed up decision making and implentation.

The smooth succession of King Salman bin Abdulaziz has lessened the sadness felt throughout the Kingdom about the death of King Abdullah, believes Dr Al Musallem, who concluded with the thought that he believed thatbthe entire Saudi population are confident that King Salman, Crown Prince HRH Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz and Deputy Crown Prince HRH Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz will lead the country to safety and security, serve the Islamic faith and the interests of the nation.
