The National Water Company announced that it has extended the working hours of all its customer service centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Taif. The new working day will start at 8:00 and end at 20:00.
The time extension is part of the company’s vision which aims to enhance performance, accelerate request execution mechanisms, deal with water and wastewater services reports, and to directly communicate with customers to meet their needs as soon as possible. Customers can submit their requests via the call center at 920001744 or the ebranch at www.nwc.com.sa.
The NWC is keen to enhancing and providing the best water and environmental services to ensure the satisfaction of its partners of customers. It spares no effort in enforcing maximum quality standards to respond to customers’ requests as quick as possible. It receives and interacts with all requests via its official service outlets including customer service centers, ebranch and the call center.
All services can be accessed via NWC’s customer service centers including water connection requests, leakage and damages reports, billing, environmental (wastewater) and information update requests.
