"Like other states, Saudi Arabia undergoes very delicate and sensitive circumstances in the fight against COVID-19, thus warranting the implementation of any action that ensures governmental efforts to contain and stop the pandemic are not harmed. The curfew is a key global measure in this critical situation. We all need to show responsibility through full cooperation with the authorities that are mobilized to fight the virus."
To ensure customers' safety, the CEO added, NWC will be constantly delivering all services and processing all reports nationwide around the clock via its eBranch at e.nwc.com.sa. Remote access to services is in line with the health and safety guidelines including to prevent gatherings. The company's operational plan included enhancing the readiness of staff, machinery, emergency and field teams, in addition to analyzing potential risks and handling mechanisms. Both public and private sectors currently deliver their services to citizens and residents through smart phone applications, which will ensure everyone receives their basic needs while observing the binding stay-at-home orders.
Al-Mowkley said that each and every one living in Saudi Arabia has a dual responsibility towards this country that put their health above all else, took all necessary measures to ensure their safety and endured all resulting economic burdens, yet asked no one other than to stay at home.
