National Water Company closes all customer service branches and delivers via eBranch

The National Water Company (NWC) announced the closure of all its customer service branches across the Kingdom as of 16 March 2020 for the duration of the suspension period set by competent authorities and that services can be requested online.

 

The decision is in line with the precautionary measures recommended by competent health authorities to combat novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and is part of NWC's efforts to ensure the safety of citizens, residents and customers.

 

Placing customers' safety first, NWC emphasized that it would continue providing its services and processing the reports for all its customers nationwide via its electronic branch at e.nwc.com.sa. In application of the health and safety instructions banning public gatherings, the eBranch provides customers with remote access to all services around the clock.
