The National Water Company (NWC) reassured its customers across the regions and cities of Saudi Arabia by announcing the supply of more than 9,700,000 m3 of water on a daily basis during this period with the aim of providing citizens and residents with access to the most amount of water possible in this critical time of business suspension driven by efforts to combat the spread of COVID-19.
The company said that all its water-producing plants and distribution networks are functioning normally and ready to implement the operational plan to manage increased demand if necessary.
NWC continues to provide all services and process customers' requests and reports around the clock via its eBranch at e.nwc.com.sa. Bearing customers' safety in mind, the company offers its remote services to prevent gatherings in line with health and safety guidelines. The operational plan included enhancing the readiness of staff, machinery, emergency and field teams, in addition to analyzing potential risks and handling mechanisms.
It is noteworthy to mention that the company has previously announced the closure of all its customer service centers across the country as of 16 March 2020 for the duration of the suspension period set by competent authorities. NWC calls all customers to request services through its eBranch to avoid unnecessary assemblies and boost safety for all.
