The National Water Company (NWC) is launching a package of electronic services next Monday, 28 October 2019, in 20 cities and governorates served by the General Directorate for Water Services in Riyadh, with the aim of implementing digital transformation and developing services infrastructure across all regions.
NWC said that the governorates served with e-services comprised the eastern governorates including Al-Kharj, Al-Dalam, Hotat Bani Tamim, Al-Aflaj, Al-Selaiyel, Wadi Al-Dawaser and Al-Hariq; northern governorates including Al-Majma'a, Huraimelaa, Thadeq, Al-Zulfi, Remah and Al-Ghat; and western governorates including Shaqraa, Al-Dwademy, Al-Quwai'eyah, Al-Muzahemeyah, Dharma, Afif and Merat.
"The launching of e-services is a quantum leap in transforming water and environmental services". The Company called upon all its customers in Riyadh to register on its electronic branch, which would satisfy all their needs and requirements.
The services offered in Riyadh governorates will be accessible via NWC's e-Branch. Customers will be able to benefit from all services around the clock without having to visit the branches of the General Directorates in their respected regions. NWC online service hub enables customers to register, add other account, request new connection for their property, request to add leased properties' accounts, modify ownership profile, view bill details, access the electronic billing service, view all the details of billing processes, view monthly consumption rate, object to high bills, request to pay on installments, complain about water outage, meter or network leakage and the interactive calculator.
The company stated that all water services old Sadad accounts would be changed in the relevant governorates. All customers will need to update their information and register on the e-Branch to avoid services outage. After registration, customers will receive their new unique Sadad account number, which can be used for paying bills through Sadad system using the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture identifier (015).
The e-Branch will enable customers to request services 24/7, all electronically without the need to visit customer service branches. Customers can also contact the company at its unified number 920001744 or the website nwc.com.sa.
