
In line with its mission, vision and corporate values, the NWC in coordination with the Training and Development Section at the HR department are proud to announce the newest quality initiative of developing the Competency Dictionary which will highlight all competencies , skills and specific behaviors that are essential for an individual in every position to perform and accomplish outstanding results.
In this perspective, series of about 20 workshops involving all NWC departments and business units has been initiated for competency identification and competency leveling.
Once completed, the Competency Dictionary will set the standards for training and developing skills to promote superior performing employees.
This project will be achieved by the beginning of 2012 and aims at taking the NWC one step beyond towards service excellence .
