Water Sector is deemed to be the most prominent vibrant sectors in the Kingdom, and we therefore focus our efforts on promoting which up to the highest level possible. And National Water Company shall to this end initiate privatization initiatives aiming at developing and promoting the infrastructure, let alone facilitating the contribution of the private sector into it. And to achieve these goals, an early action was taken to acquire the credibility and trust of investors through securing an investment-friendly environment, appropriate privatization contracts were chosen, which were mainly based upon good practices and performance against clear-cut performance standards suitable to the sector’s status quo. 

 And with God’s grace, international companies were recruited from amongst the most experienced companies in the field of operation, water sector management, and wastewater management.

The sector will be the operator of the process of adopting and applying the best international applications, working procedures improvement, operational efficiency, service delivery and improvement, human resources development, knowledge transfer and resettlement. "The national water company," will be in charge of providing water services and sanitation to clients on a commercial basis, and will focus on the development the level of services provided through the development of procedures, and develop the work of building a culture of setting customers at top priority. God willing, investing the din developing and attracting local and international human capacity.
 
The national water company," Is committed to carry out their responsibilities of providing water and sanitation services at international standards of performance, and to become during a short period of time one of the most important facilities in the region, God willing.
