How to register? Rollup Image   Page Content Dear Customer, As part of the attention NWC pays to customers in order to facilitate their taking advantage of the e-services available on its website, and to help providing them with services electronically; NWC urges its customers to register for e-services follow these steps: Visit NWC website on www.nwc.com.sa. Under customers' tab of the main menu, choose "new user" as shown in the picture below: You will be shown the conditions of using the website. After you read the conditions, click on "OK" to continue the registration process. On the next page, you are instructed to fill out a new user registration form as shown below: Choose what type of ID you possess (national ID, residency ID or commercial register). Enter your ID number. Enter the account number of the bill. After making sure you fill all registration prerequisites, click on "Register". To retrieve you account number, follow these steps: Click on the mark shown in the picture below: Enter the subscription number printed on the water bill as shown in the picture below: Click on "SEND" and you will be provided the account number in the current page as shown in the picture below: To continue using the same account number, just click on "Continue to Register".
