The social commitment requires both of the citizen and resident to protect the environment and natural resources, and report on all situations that have an adverse affects on them. Thus, you are invited to join the Friends of Water initiative and be more cooperative in reporting on the following violations:

• Water leakage from a houses, office or residential compound.
• Any damage to water line of the system.
• Overflow of sewage networks.
• Deliberate water waste or misuse.
• Obstruction of any provided water services.
• Damage or absence of sewage (manhole) cover.
